Include Alliance automated gene descriptions as 'definitions' for gene entries #75

It could be helpful to curators to see the Alliance automated gene descriptions as 'definitions' for gene entries in neo.

Since GO annotations are one of the main seeds for these descriptions, it would be great for curators to see what is actually. being included to possibly help improve the descriptions by providing missing or better GO annotations.

The term description pop-up is currently implemented on noctua-dev without any definition for genes:

@vanaukenk this is cool, where is this information? Is it in Golr. I am not finding it. How do I get this? so far I am just getting this?

@tmushayahama - sorry for not including more details; I didn't put this in a project yet since there would be more work to do here as the descriptions are not in GOLR and would have to come into neo via another way, i.e. ingesting the Alliance gene descriptions file, API calls, others?

We don't have to act on this one right now, but it would be great to consider it as part of a future neo re-factor.

Thanks for looking into it so quickly, though; I do think this would be a nice addition to the entity term info.
