Update Alliance Pathway Preview to use latest version on production

From 2024-03-28 call with SwissProt curators and Noctua workbenches call.

We will update the Alliance Pathway Preview to use the latest version that renders models with shared outputs/inputs correctly.

@kltm @pkalita-lbl I just quickly updated to minor version 0.0.52 for ticket's needs. I will take my time soon to update to Patrick's version 1.0.0 with styling. @pkalita-lbl can you point to me how you integrated with amigo, (the stylings)

Amigo doesn't do too much to alter the default 1.0.0 styling of the widget. What it does do is here: https://github.com/geneontology/amigo/blob/48287bbcd3f4ee6f603bb29c0b344f4a536ade65/static/css/amigo.css#L208-L222

If you want the pre-1.0.0 default styling (the purple headers, orange highlights, everything rounded, etc) take a look at the styled.html dev/demo page in the wc-gocam-viz repo: https://github.com/geneontology/wc-gocam-viz/blob/main/src/styled.html

In general the components have a lot of styling flexibility via their custom properties and shadow parts. These are documented in the READMEs for each. For example: https://github.com/geneontology/wc-gocam-viz/blob/main/src/components/genes-panel/readme.md#shadow-parts

@pkalita-lbl thank you so much, I see the example now styled.html. That's cool you did that. I gatta admit, I didn't know css now has variables, i am used to scss. Lemme update anytime soon @kltm will let you know later so we have the new 1.0.0 version.

We still dont see models in which activities are linked via output/input on Alliance, see for example: gomodel:YeastPathways_PWY3O-50

Any idea when that will be available?

Seems to be working on production Noctua, but appears to need follow-up with the Alliance.
