Clear list should also clear 'Find What' and 'Replace With' field values? #41

This is a not a major bug and we can discuss on the 2021-04-30 workbenches call.

If I finish an ART session, clear the models list, leave ART and then start another search and review from the NLP, when I go back to ART, the previous session's values in the 'Find What' and 'Replace With' fields are still shown.

I think it would be good to clear those two fields when a user exits ART.

If possible, also re-use the same format for displaying terms as in the NLP, i.e. a box with an x for easy clearing?

Another related behavior - when finished with an ART session and clicking on Annotation Review to return to the NLP, should all search filters also be cleared?

This looks to be working fine except for when I Clear List from the pop-up window after submitting changes. We can discuss the desired behavior on today's workbenches call.
