At the very least, this should be covered in #4 As part of the roadmap, we have the editor not acting in any destructive way at all.

As well, this is a documentation/training issue--the current SOP is to use the simple annoton editor for initial seeding, then doing the wiring afterwards, specifically because of this destruction.

Hi,
The editor is great for creating new annotations, but when I want to edit preexisting annotons, the links between this annoton and the others are destroyed in the process. Is it meant to be that way since changing Molecular function for instance change the relationship between the annotons, or is it a bug?
