"Copy to Form" doesn't fill properly when a middle line left blank #77

I wanted to make an annotation identical to the existing one for Scrib, which has a BP term and an anatomy term but no cell type term, but with a different GO term instead.

However, when I used the "Copy to Form" function from the table, the autofill placed the anatomy term into the cell type line:

@tmushayahama will investigate using distinct closures for cell and anatomy ontologies to fix this issue.

@krchristie @vanaukenk also in addition, Form2.0 will have good mechanism for copying editing. In the meantime check out the below related issues for comments and questions on how modifying, copying duplicating will/should work
