@pgaudet @vanaukenk and shex happened yay!! However to revisit considering the new spec, what are the rules to implement which shex does/will not cover. Can I call them "logical rules" i.e. evidence allowed, ND evidence etc

tagging @kltm @balhoff @goodb what will be the scope for minerva validation after shex in terms of the current go rules?
