Add 'Choose from an existing component' option to CC part of forms #82

Similar to what we currently have now for the BP part of the Default form, i.e. 'Choose From an Existing Process', we would like to have an option to 'Choose From an Existing Component' option for the CC part of each form.

This will allow curators to annotate to the same instance of a component just like they do for biological process.
