Display GO ID on the summary table #179

Feedback from @LiNiMGI. Most of our QC reports have a GO identifier in them rather than the term name. It would be nice if on the summary table, the GO identifier was displayed and didn't require a mouse-over.

We need more input from curators about how the id display would work/look when GO term names are long, since currently we don't even display the full term name.
