Provide some kind of heads-up when things aren't displaying on the form

I know that we have #175 and it may cover this issue, but there is room for potential errors when modifying annotations if the form doesn't display all the data, for example extensions. At the moment, this requires that a curator find the annotation in the graph to be sure that there are no relationships 'hidden' in the form that need to be edited. This is very error-prone and labor intensive. As a stop gap, would it be possible to give some kind of indicator on the form that tells a curator that there are additional relationships associated with an annotation?

If we address #175, we won't need a warning or other indication that there's data in the graph that's not viewable on the form. Keeping this open until we address #175.
