CC annotations do not display correctly on Noctua form table

This came up during the 2022-09-27 annotation conference call:

The new gp2term CC relations are available in the CC only part of the Noctua form, but they don't then display on the table.

Here's an example:

Tested on 2023-09-14 workbenches call and this looks fixed.
