Display CC term on Noctua form table for all CC only annotations #241

@LiNiMGI noticed this during testing of the new bug fixes for the Noctua form table.

In the summary view of the Noctua form table, the latest Noctua form updates have led to loss of CC term display, regardless of the relationship between the gene and the CC term.

If there is a CC extension on the CC annotation, e.g. endosome membrane 'part of' endosome, for the summary just display the CC term that is closest to the gene product, i.e. the object of the first relation between the gene product and the CC.

We'll go ahead with moving the latest set of bug fixes to production but will prioritize fixing this bug in the next round of Noctua bug fixes.

We will work on fixing this as part of the updated standard annotation UI project.
