Consider adding shortcut edges in combined turtle output #10

To make things simple for SPARQL queries, this is similar to the GAF lossy transformation. Essential idea is to have triples

 UniProtKBId located-in GOCellComponentClass

Which are formally some-some relationships derived from individual-individual edges in our OWL
