Reactome cleanup #134

believe this should resolve the confusion with the october and november updates, leaving only november reactome models.

In next iteration will move to using the stable reactome id used for the IRI as the file name..

@goodb Not high priority at this point, but I think it might be good to have collision check and name matching in the minerva output, possibly with a non-zero exit.
