Fix Travis checks #144

Currently, the travis checks for this repo depend on a build server that no longer exists.

The checks should either be 1) removed 2) fixed to use different tooling or 3) bring in the old tooling.

For the third option, it seems like they could be fixed grabbing owltools from http://release.geneontology.org/2020-06-01/bin/ or something.

Maybe it's time to move these to GitHub Actions anyways.
