New WB and MGI imports models #165

This is the updated full load of WB and MGI models generated with ontobio after merging in the gocamgen code. This is a drop and reload of the import models, along with handling issue #158, so it also removes the duplicate import models. In the end, 44994 models were deleted and 17167 were added (13526 MGI, 3641 WB). Conveniently, 44994 is double 22497, the number of models loaded in the last import PR #136.

@ukemi Only two errors for the MGI models.

Both due to protein identifiers that were no longer associated with MGI markers in the GPI file. These annotations were from a large-scale interaction publication. I have removed one annotation and fixed another annotation by bringing it up to the level of the marker.
