Full regen of WB, MGI models fixing taxon and contributor #166

Quick fixes for:

  1. Handling contributor-id in annotation properties. No longer splitting each letter in an ORCID into a separate contributor triple.
  2. Rolling up all annotation contributors to model-level.
  3. Add model-level in_taxon property for https://github.com/geneontology/gocamgen/issues/80.
  4. Filter out non-MGI provided_by annotations from MGI models.
