Regen of WB, MGI import models w/ new date fields #203

Using ontobio with new date fields implemented according to https://github.com/biolink/ontobio/issues/582.

Individual MOD import repo commits from where these model files originate: geneontology/wb-go-cams@f53b36f and geneontology/mgi-go-cams@4366517

(I now realize, rather than direct commits to main, it might've been nicer to have pushed these models to branches/PRs on the individual repos so as to have a nice, isolated place to record stats and other stuff and then refer to them from here. Next time, maybe.)

Drop and reload of 13478 MGI models from latest go_cam_mgi.gpad. Drop and reload of 155 WB models from wb_oa_4.gpad.

No errors during gocamgen translation for either MGI or WB.
