First load of SGD annotation import models #252

6845 brand new models to test! These are the SGD GPAD/GPI -> TTL whole-genome import models. Full details are at https://github.com/geneontology/sgd-go-cams/pull/2.

@kltm I'm just gonna merge this and we can rip these back out if they cause any odd behavior with noctua-dev (though not expected as these were generated with the same ontobio/gocamgen code as MGI, ZFIN, WB import models).
