YeastPathways models to Noctua prod for geneontology/pathways2GO#275 #257

For geneontology/pathways2GO#275.

This is THE push of YeastPathways GO-CAMs to Noctua production. We intend to merge this and load to Noctua later today. All models have state=development. Source of these models at https://github.com/geneontology/yeast-pathways-go-cams/pull/12.

I was also able to use the fix for geneontology/pathways2GO#276 in generating these models.
