This should be the same model data as the previous YeastPathways load to Noctua prod on 2023-09-14 #257 but with the "^^<http:\/\/www.w3.org\/2001\/XMLSchema#string>" tag added to each date value. I loaded these into a Noctua test instance to confirm these don't obviously break anything (yet).
@kltm The GH diffs here aren't as clean as I'd expected (mostly blocks of red deletes vs. single-line changes with that datatype added) because, I think, the minerva dump and GH autocommit process reformats these files differently from what I commit in the PRs. This is fine with me but does this make sense to you?
