661 new models here. These will be updated in the near future (adding more annotations). May need to look at how to bulk resolve any clashes resulting from reserialization from noctua dumps.

@kltm - Please wait off on loading. Just realized I need to strip out a SynGO evidence type that's not yet mapped to ECO.
