Dev - Fixed all SYNGO models for GPAD export #78

Upon discovering that the GPAD export function in Noctua wasn't working for any of my recently generated SYNGO models, I reverted back the reference field from SEPIO:0000124 to http://purl.org/dc/elements/1.1/source.

Also, updated providedBy value to URL corresponding to SynGO in groups.yaml.

Regenerated all SynGO models in 3-17-18 JSON file here resulting in 2179 updated files.

@dustine32 Is this far enough along to do another evaluation for https://github.com/geneontology/noctua-models/issues/55 ?

Yes, I believe so. Frank took a look at these on my own server and couldn't find any issues. Let me know if anything else can be fixed/improved. Thanks!
