Updated SynGO models #90

@kltm Hey Seth! These should be the same SynGO model changes recently merged into the dev branch. Lemme know if I screwed up the merge on my end (any conflicts). Thanks!

@dustine32 Because this is against the hot instance, we actually need to coordinate a bit more. If the updated models have already been reviewed are we're ready to go, let's do this again on Friday so we can announce the downtime and/or wait until nobody is on the system.

Yeah, Friday is good. I had @lpalbou review one or two of the models (e.g. http://noctua-dev.berkeleybop.org/editor/graph/gomodel:SYNGO_2928) in the dev instance.
