Restrict ontology terms after curator selects a gp2term relation #1

Right now, if the curator selects the gp2term relation first, the available GO terms are not filtered appropriately.

If I select the GO term first, the gp2term relations are filtered to be the appropriate subset.

Tremayne and I discussed this yesterday, and it's not simple to have a filter here. I also think it's not a critical feature (and could even be confusing to users, if they don't select the right relation first), so it wouldn't be worth the development effort. The suggested workflow should be GP -> GO term (and then relation only if necessary to change the default), not GP -> relation -> GO term.

Protein2GO doesn't constrain the relations either, so since the objective is to be as good as P2GO, for this feature we are.

Closing this ticket for now.
I do think this would be a nice feature to have, but we can get feedback from curators on this once they've had an opportunity to use the new form.
