Add two additional gp2term relations for standard BP annotations #17

For completeness, we also need to add to the list of gp2term relations:

RO:0002264 acts_upstream_of_or_within

AND

RO:0002263 acts_upstream_of

For example, these would translate from gp -> enables MF -> causally upstream of BP

For display, group all acts_upstream_of and all acts_upstream_of_or_within relations together.

Can you check on this? I don't see the additional gp2term relations on the latest version of the standard annotation form on noctua-dev.

Tested on noctua-dev with both 'acts upstream of' and 'acts upstream of or within'. Relations can be selected from the drop-down menu and the annotations are modeled correctly in the graph editor and displayed correctly in the table.
