Disable SAVE button if annotation extension is incomplete #19

We will want to disable the SAVE button if curators have entered only one of the component of an annotation extension, i.e. only the relation or only the object.

Tested on noctua-dev by selecting either the extension relation or extension object only. Save button is disabled and the resulting error message is correct.
