Add functionality to autopopulate a root node annotation #22

As curators can currently do in the production Noctua form, add functionality to autopopulate a root node annotation.

We will need to specify each GO aspect distinctly, i.e. add BP root annotation, add MF root annotation, add CC root annotation.

Is this for ND annotations? Can they not be made in the same way as other annotations?

@cmungall Yes, this is for ND annotations. They can be made in the same way as other annotations, but the current Noctua form has a nice autopopulate functionality for this ('Add Root Term') that saves curator time and errors so if we can re-use that in the new standard annotation form, that'd be great.

Tested for all three root node annotations and confirmed it is working.
