Can we reuse GPAD rules for standard annotation display in the table? #3

Looking at annotation display with @tmushayahama it seems we could/should be able to reuse @balhoff code for generating GPAD outputs to display standard annotations in the new UI table

@vanaukenk For pure GPAD display, or for UI use? There are limitations with that road and I'd like to understand a little more as there could be an implied API change necessary.

@kltm - I was wondering about UI use. It seems like the same rules should apply and it would be better to have a centralized 'source' for the rules than different implementations. We can chat more about this when you have time.
