Appearance of disabled 'Save' button #43

The appearance of the disabled 'Save' button (blue) is the same as that of the enabled 'Save' button (also blue).

I do realize that there is a comment in red, but it is all the way on the left side of the form, and NOT adjacent to the 'Save' button.

The behavior in the "Form Editor" is much preferred, where the 'Save' button is grayed out until it becomes active. Having become used to the color change in the 'Save' button when it changes from disabled to enabled, I think that should be preserved here.

The color of the Save button is now different when an annotation is complete and ready to save from when it is not. Tested on noctua-dev.
