Refresh Issue and Enhancements in Annotation Form

The form no longer requiring a refresh after making new annotations. This will improve user experience and workflow efficiency for testing and future.

Changes:

• Refresh Issue Fixed: The form no longer requires a manual refresh after adding new annotations
• Enhanced Table: All edges, including the CC annotations, have been added to the table. Even the current contributes to
• Autocomplete Error Resolved: The autocomplete functionality has been fixed, this was the table's fault (the above fixed it)

Todo Working on extensions. Some extensions will not show
