Add QC check: one species per model unless it is explicitly a multi-species process #398

Aggregate all T in has enabled_by o in_taxon T

if and only if |T| > 1 then there must a BP instance of multi-species process

Note: QC checks may live outside Noctua, or may be visible in Noctua via some generic mechanisms, so this ticket may be moved.
