Landing page (model generation page) needs to be updated with new code

@hdietze has added code to Minerva such that:

• generate model can be done blank
• generate model can be done with just a taxon id argument (detected as part of current call)

Both of these are better than the current "species db" method; the landing/generation page needs to be modified to add these and remove old/unused code.

Temporary hard-coding of species until Minerva (or AmiGO?) can do it itself.
