has_input:Complex annotations promised in Annotation Preview but missing from gpad #806

Not sure if this is the best tracker, but we're looking for the annotations out of gomodel:636d9ce800000660 . Annotation preview has 6 annotations to 2 entities, but the latest snapshot (2022-11-28) noctua_sgd.gpad only has two annotations from this model- it seems the annotations with has_input(CPX-1701 Scer) are the ones not coming out of the model.

@vanaukenk this is vaguely familiar, but I can't find an old ticket. Maybe https://github.com/geneontology/minerva/issues/110 or https://github.com/geneontology/minerva/issues/69? Is this just not supported (yet)?
