We still can't do the NEO load. For migrations, hmm...paused out. re-running.

@suzialeksander Diff report up. Seems to have a fair amount in it--it has been a little.

NEO has still not run due to Xenbase issues, so will skip. https://github.com/geneontology/go-annotation/issues/4642

Xenbase issues recovered; will not be able to meet today's update time--can do next week.

A few closing notes:

NEO seems to not have loaded, as the Filter by Obsolete Term field still isn't finding newly obsoleted terms (tested with GO:0014066)
Newly relabelled terms (GO:0051896 negative regulation of phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase/protein kinase B signal transduction) still show as old label in models, search, etc.
I think this is old, but selecting Model Info -> changing state -> save button does nothing
Similar to above, I couldn't get out of ART using the Submit button, but this is likely user error as I don't use ART often. @vanaukenk let me know if this sounds concerning, otherwise I'll assume I just missed a step in ART.

@suzialeksander Funny you should mention that. I hardly ever use ART either, but yesterday when I tried to use it, it froze while I was trying to load models.
