Thanks @kltm - all makes sense with the diff.

Only one model was affected which turned out to be one of the newly imported SGD pathway models for glycerol degradation.

@dustine32 is the date fix in place for the YeastPathways models? Am i correct in assuming there are no other changes yet for the YP models (no other code changes have been made)?

@suzialeksander No date fix in place yet. I've spent probably two days total messing with the conversion code to write out the date with that "^^xsd:string" datatype suffix but nothing so far seems to work. I could short-term fix them with a simple command-line find-and-replace before the maintenance today.

And yes, no other code changes have been made since the last load.
