We generate an ontology import called substance_by_role.owl. This create a chemical entity term with a GOCHE ID corresponding to each CHEBI role term. @edwong57 wanted to add a 'hydrogen donor' as an activity input, but this CHEBI term is a role rather than a chemical entity. Some GOCHE terms appear in the graph editor autocomplete, but not this one. Should these be allowed, and should we make sure they are all available in go-lego?
