Checked the diff. There are a lot of GO term replacements this time, mainly in the areas of ncRNA BP terms and the nitrogen compound metabolic process terms.

For the latter, noting that MGI and SGD have some models that will be updated but with a very general term, i.e. metabolic process, so I want to confirm that they will be able to find and update those more general annotations in the future. https://github.com/geneontology/go-annotation/issues/5148
