Yes, I always worry a bit when the report is empty, but my perusal of recent ontology obsoletions doesn't find any obsoletions with replaced_by entries, so the report is probably accurate.

That said, if we are thinking about future improvements to the GO-CAM/Noctua infrastructure, perhaps having a more explicit and thorough report of recent ontology updates vs what is in the model store might be both helpful and comforting.
