I've checked the ontology updates diff and all the changes are consistent with recent ontology work on enzymatic activities.

Noting that for this run, ontology migration and update was not run for minerva, due to some oddities when creating a local index. This is currently being investigated.

@vanaukenk Okay, after some other oddities, I believe I know what happened and how to prevent a similar issue in the future. The short of it is: for unrelated reasons, an unlikely blazegraph.jnl file already existed and rather confused minerva; the SOP has been updated to explicitly clean first, removing this possibility in the future.
