- added noctua-alliance-pathway-preview to workbenches
- bumped minerva to version 3: latest
- fixed QS_ClientEventBlockCount and QS_ClientEventBlockCountSeconds
- turned off qos as more testing is needed
- using both golr_lookup_url and golr_neo_lookup_url
- using v5 version of apache image with fixes to uploading apache logs to s3
- using instance t2.2xlarge and minerva_java_opts: "-Xmx24G"
