merge in linkml repo #76

Should we merge repos? I think the options are

  1. monorepo, covering spec, java data model, java conversion from owl code, python datamodel, json-schema, linkml schema, autogen docs
  2. three repos:
    • spec (combining linkml and json-schema)
    • java
    • python
  3. keep as is
