So that a test (testDrugReactionDeletion) dependent on this reacto.owl can retrieve IUPHAR mappings. The 2021-05-01 reacto.owl, currently being retrieved from http://purl.obolibrary.org/obo/go/extensions/reacto.owl, somehow lost these mappings, which of course we need to figure out as well.
Also, it probably helps for this test data to remain static.
