Add annotations to all individuals #177

The latest Reactome import (as well as the existing models) are failing the Shex because CC individuals do not have the appropriate set of annotations. See the following comments from the reload ticket for guidance:

It would be lovely if we can make this happen before the reload on 23 June. However, this is not mission critical since the bug exists in the existing models. If it can't be done, we will push it to the next release.

Since the models are now passing the Shex, I will close this ticket.
