Use makeIndividual wrapper that adds metadata #179

For #177. Pretty simple: this just uses a convenience wrapper makeAnnotatedIndividual() method that adds the required metadata instead of only declaring a NamedIndividual instance.

Yup, it already existed and is used in several other places. I'm guessing this line just didn't get updated once the function was created.
