• [ ] Reaction R-HSA-75886 ends with the production of CHEBI:16975, but this isn't a triglyceride. I think there needs to be more reactions added to this to make the triglyceride. We need glycerolphosphate acyltransferse (1-acyl-sn-glycerol 3-phosphate acyltransferase), a phosphatidate phosphatase and a diacylglycerol O-acyltransferase. I think?????????? Lehninger Biochemistry 2nd edition, p671 :) Looking a bit closer, maybe only one linking reaction is missing between R-HSA-75886 and R-HSA-75899, the 1-acyl-sn-glycerol 3-phosphate acyltransferase RHEA:19709.

I made four mouse pathways: two each representing the de novo synthesis from glycoerol-G3P and the recycling pathways via the MOGATs.
