[x] Added Rhea text reaction names as second slot value (first synonym) for all reactions that have Rhea counterparts
As part of general Reactome - Rhea alignment, when a Reactome reaction has an exact Rhea counterpart, we will use the Rhea text name for the reaction as the first synonym after whatever name the Reactome curator has come up with, following our reaction naming rules. E.g., R-HSA-5652195 "SORD oxidizes D-sorbitol to Fru", after correction, matches Rhea:33033 and now has "D-sorbitol + NAD(+) => H(+) + keto-D-fructose + NADH" as a second name. This is intended to facilitate searches by chemical name launched by people who know correct chemical names.
The check for controllers that are filtered out of the Reactome-GO_CAM import revealed a charge state error in this pathway; further checking revealed additional use of wrong tautomers and wrong numbers of protons.
