Work with Reactome to modify the Reactome2GO xref file. #252

At GOC the managers' call on May 10,2023 it was decided that this fit into the Reactome2GO project. The motivation is a helpdesk item pointing out that there are mappings missing from the file. We need to develop a plan to to look closely at the Reactome2GO file generation and then rethink the strategy used to create the mappings.
