Fill in missing yeast xrefs #272

For #269.

This adds another lookup table for YeastCyc ID conversion to CHEBI as a short-term hack. We should get these xrefs into the appropriate source-of-truth data (mostly MetaCyc).

@suzialeksander I believe @thomaspd was going to try filling in the remaining missing ChEBI mappings in the spreadsheet.

For now, I'll merge this PR. We can always change the YeastCyc->ChEBI mapping file to add more.
