Load YeastPathways as development state into Noctua #275

As discussed, SGD would like the 220 YeastPathways models all loaded into Noctua-prod, with the state development. We have few that are likely immediately releasable, but the rest will need curation.

This looks like it can be done as part of this Thursday's Noctua outage.

@dustine32 any updates on the current status? last I heard you were looking at the dates and seeing if there were further problems with the models

Notes: the 220 YP models were loaded into Noctua prod during the 14 Sep outage, but with an oddity in the display on the Noctua homepage. Only about 10 models had the correct load date, the others had other dates.

ah, sounds like @dustine32 can add xsd:string to all dates in a model file & fix the date issue in the models on the next Noctua outage.
