As part of the pipeline we would like to be able to better coordinate the timing of Reactome releases with the release of new GO-CAM models. One step in this process would be to be able to do QC on a Reactome Biopax file during the 'final' stages of a Reactome release.
The Reactome team has generated the needed procedure to create these 'interim' BioPax files and they have created a report spreadsheet that indicates possible problems with the models. We need the ability to load those into Noctua-dev so that we can do a curatorial review/sanity check on them.
For the time-being @deustp01 and @ukemi will create a folder on the Google drive to hold the documents and the steps taken to address issues that creep up with each release. We will reference that folder and necessary documents in these project tickets as the releases move forward.
@deustp01 and @dustine32, we need to implement a method for the test biopax files to be loaded onto Noctua-dev.
